In January 2008, a young lionhearted college student named J Swift had his HOPE scholarship unjustly revoked, quite commendably, the day tuition was due by Georgia Highlands College administration. One year later, he's putting up $623.13 of his own financial resources to keep the collegiate aspirations of one GHC student afloat.
